L: before we get started tell me about gun laws over there. can civilians own and carr them? Also, what’s your feelings about law abiding citizens owning guns and assault rifles.

Me: No, civilians are not allowed to own or carry fire guns. In some cases the law approve them (like for hunting), but is needed many steps to obtain the authorizations.
My feelings? Hmmm… I saw a lot of citizens which got the authorization to own non-lethal weapons for self-defense and they use those guns to solve altercations with other drivers on the road… If they are far by me I approve them… but I don’t like to meet someone which have a gun

 L: okay good answer. btw, people who use guns out of anger in the name of “self defense” are not law abiding citizens. one last request and question please.
